The goods are shipped to Vietnam.The model is QMP90/4.2 pipe network type of FM200 fire extinguishing system. In addition, there are nitrogen drive devices and some accessories. The goods have been packed and the forwarding company has come to the factory to take the goods and prepare to ship them to Vietnam by sea.

This type included two models. One is called cabinet FM200 fire extinguishing system. Another one is named as suspension FM200 fire extinguishing system. The principle of fire suppression and performance can refer to pipe network model. All of them are totally same. But the discharge time would be less than 8 seconds after activation for this model. This type consists of: FM200 fire extinguishing device: FM200 storage cylinders and cylinder valve c/w pressure gauge and solenoid actuator assembled with high pressure hose and nozzle and pressure switch in one device as a entire fire extinguishing device. Fire detection system(control panel and detectors and alarm and indication unit and so on) Those two parts will compose one automatic system to protect the single zone. Here it should be one space or room or enclosure. Of course, there can be put with more than one device in one room if one device is not enough to cover there. Relatively, this model will protect little rooms or relatively bigger rooms regarding different size of the model. Meanwhile, on condition that the situation in the room, you can choose to mount the device on wall or ceiling if you choose hanging type. You can also choose to put one in the corner or beside the wall inside of room if you choose cabinet type. There is no need to make the deployment of pipeline because of small space. The released gas can permeate the space very quickly and protect the whole room.

  The principle of this system is that detectors will monitor the situation inside that space and keep contact with the control panel. It will send the signal to the panel if fire. The panel will trigger the solenoid actuator to open FM200 storage cylinder after time-delay. Later, FM200(hfc-227ea) gas will be discharged and permeate the whole protection zone in a very short time less than 10 seconds.    This type is composed of:    FM200 fire extinguishing device: FM200 storage cylinders and cylinder valve c/w pressure gauge and solenoid/manual/pneumatic actuator as main parts, and other mounting parts(clamp or cylinder frame and support) and manifold and high pressure hose and check valve and selector valve (conducting the flow of fire extinguishing agent or changing the flow direction) and nozzles(discharging fire extinguishing agent into different direction and making it rapidly diffuse the protection zone)     Pipeline: pipes and pipe fittings(conducting the flow of fire extinguishing agent)     Fire detection system(control panel and detectors and alarm and indication unit and so on)     Those three parts will comprise one complete system which can cover the whole space of one protection zone or multiple enclosures in one room(ceiling, raised floor and main space) or different rooms. There is a high flexibility to the application of this system. You can adjust the storage cylinders to satisfy the rooms with different size. Meanwhile, there is a better usage for multiple rooms but in one systems because of the deployment of pipeline. Moreover, the system can make the discharge on average after reasonable and professional system design. Obviously, the previous design and later installation would be relatively complicated for this model.

Fm200(htc-227ea) is a kind of colorless and tasteless and non-corrosive and electricity-insulating gas without residue and pollution after extinguishing. And ODP of it is zero. It is a friendly-environment gas to be used for extinguishing. And it discharges in 10 seconds or less, extinguishing a fire quickly and effectively.it can be used in special place where electrical fire is easy to happen. HFC-227ea fire suppression is also a widely accepted replacement for Halon .  

Steps: 1. calculation of fm200 gas(if you have got the quantity of fm200 gas, this step can be neglected) Two things should be considered:   One, the dimension or volume or length and width and height of the protection zone;   Two, the type of protection zone. (Different type of protection zone need different design density of fm200 gas) Computer room or communication center or archive or museum or generator or transfer station etc.     2. Choice of container One thing should be considered and one principle should be complied with. As you can see, here we have different models and many sizes for each model, such as electricity-controlled and temperature-controlled hanging type and cabinet type.   Electricity-controlled type of fm200 system For this model, we have 16liters and 20liters and 30liters and 40liters and 50liters.     Temperature-controlled type of fm200 system For this model, we have 8liters and 10liters and 16liters and 20liters and 30liters and 40liters and 50liters.     Cabinet type of fm200 system For this type, we have 40liters and 70liters and 90liters and 100liters and 120liters and 150liters and 180liters.     You should consider which model is better. Considering the installation and space, the temperature-controlled one is absolutely simplest and easiest. You just need to fasten it to the ceiling. Because we have filled the gas and offered the accessories to fix the device. And the actuating temperature is around 68℃.So this type is the best choice for little room. But if the protection is bigger, you can consider about the cabinet type or multiple electricity-controlled type. Because if there is no too much space for extinguishing device, the hanging type can function. Then if the protection zone need multiple spots to be monitored. You should consider the electricity-controlled type of cabinet type. Because they will connect with alarm system where you can arrange multiple detectors according to your real requirement.   Maybe you donot know which size is proper for your choice. So here is a principle: The max filling quantity of fm200 gas is almost equal to the value of volume of cylinder. That means the max filling quantity of 16liters cylinder is close to 16kg fm200 gas. So that you can choose the cylinder according to the quantity of fm200 form step 1.   In general,you just need offer the details of protection zone. We can reply to you with a relevant accurate quotation. Of course, according to step above, we can make an example here. If the protection zone is a electricity and 40 cubic meter, then the necessary extinguishing agent after calculation is 28.8kg. Then according to the principle of step2, we can choose the 30liters tank. Then the budget is clear now.   Pipe network type of fm200 system is more popular in big project or multiple zones which are connected or near by. Of course, it will be very complicated to make an accurate budget. The product above can be estimated by yourself sometimes. But for pipe network type of fm200 system, you can handle the project to us overall. We need to design and calculate all the accessories, then we can give you an exact quotation.  

        Normally, we have three types of extinguishing device:     Pipe network type and cabinet type and hanging type. Since design of pipe network type depends on drawing, so when we choose this type of extinguishing device. We need to consider two factors.     One is price. According to our suggestion, if your protection zone(not separated) is less than 3 zones, our suggestion is cabinet type.     Another one is installation. It is obvious that installation of pipe network type will be more difficult than other types.     About cabinet type and hanging type, they are basically same. There are also two factors which you should take into consideration.     One is that requirement of extinguishing gas. Since the biggest hanging tank is just 30liter. It means it can be filled with around 30kg at most. So if your requirement is more than 30kg, you should consider about cabinet.     Another factor is that inner space. If your inner space is not enough to place cabinet extinguishing device, you can consider hanging type. Because it can be hanged on the wall or top of room.  

    Dimension of protection zone, such as length and width and height.     Room type, such as generator or computer room or server room or museum or archive or gallery etc. Because different room need different design density of extinguishing agent according to design standard

      Total flooding, differing from target or local extinguishment. It means wherever the fire happens in the protection zone, it can be put out after discharge. Because the dosage of extinguishing agent is designed for the whole protection zone.          

    Generally, our product can be classified into two types.     One is fm200 system with pipeline, the second is fm200 system without pipeline.     As I mentioned above, dimension and room type are enough for design of fm200 system without pipeline. but if there is drawing or plan to show the location of the whole protection zone, it would be better. Because it can help us to design the alarm system part.     But pipe network type of fm200 system needs more details. Strictly, the plan or CAD drawing are necessary. We should offer the customer a specific pipeline.
